From the makers of the highly acclaimed documentary 'If I Never Sing Another Song' comes
a 2 hour and 30 minute production charting Joe through the 'You and Me' tour, culminating
with a 5 camera shoot of the Variety Club lifetime achievement tribute to Joe.

The director had unfettered behind-the-scenes access to the tour giving an incredible insight to Joe and his team as they travelled around the country performing over 40 shows.

The film culminates with the Variety Club's Lifetime Achievement gala in Manchester which was captured on a 5 camera shoot.
A once in a lifetime event, the award ceremony pays tribute to its worthy recipient through a galaxy of friends and celebrities.

Tributes include; Engelbert Humperdinck, the Deputy Prime Minister, Lord Archer, Freddie Starr, Don Black, Mike Reid, Cannon & Ball, Liz Dawn, Johnnie Casson, Roy 'Chubby' Brown, Ricky Tomlinson, The Lord Mayor of Hull, Des O' Connor, Guy Lucas and Barbara Windsor.

  • I use to be a bluecoat at pontings at Osmington Mills in Weymouth, Dorset back in late 70's. Joe was doing the circuit before he became famous. He used to have all the girls chasing him. He was a good looking lad. But more importantly, you knew he was going places. He had special star talent an absolutely fabulous bloke offstage. A clas act as a human being as well as on stage. Good luck to you Joe. A TRUE GENIUS!
