@ShaiGarENTP "First Cause" the furthest we can trace it back is to the eternal. *first* cause can't have a cause because it's the first. if it doesn't have a cause then it can't be finite. space-time is finite because its restricted to the speed of light or lesser. if you go beyond that, u'll probably have no time restriction, or at least not the same. outside of time, there's eternity & since the material is time-restricted, the eternal must be immaterial & therefore incalculable.
@ShaiGarENTP "it's not provable" yea that's my point. the misconception about faith is that it means believing something without evidence. on contrary, it means believing something *because* it's evident but improvable. the way I believe your a human being, but I can never prove it, so I'll take a leap of faith based on the evident fact that letters don't usually spontaneously fall into place as meaningful sentences, according to the law of intentionality.
@ShaiGarENTP how can I prove a God that's sovereign to our entire material reality? God is already evident to any honest, reasonable man; our entire cosmos is governed by fixed laws that instruct it to preform specific tasks. this reality is finite so it had a cause. things don't begin materially, they begin conceptually. you have mind, will, purpose, then u get systems that do something rather than nothing. besides, how can personality come from impersonality if not ordained from the beginning?
@sKewbrain Lies and Truth are not even conceptually the same as good and evil. There are metaphorical similarities in that they are opposites. That ends there.
Your arguments rely on something that has no proof. Prove the existence of a God, then your arguments are able to be won. Until then your arguments are moot.
@ShaiGarENTP conceptually, good for example would be truth & evil would be lies. truth *is* and error is void of truth. it's not subjective, it's foundational to the most basic of human reasoning & my opinion changes nothing in reality. when I say *reality* I mean spiritual reality: where it all actually matters. If I'm ignorant then enlighten me so I'm not wasting my time thinking that we as persons really matter. tell me what you believe reality is from an objective standpoint.
@ShaiGarENTP like I said, evil only means void of good the same way coldness isn't a "something" but it's the absence of heat which is something. if you don't believe evil is a reality, why is it called satanism if Satan means the adversary or the negative of good?
@ShaiGarENTP religions dogmatic belief? truth is absolute & u dont need religious dogma to know that. there is light/dark, good/bad, truth/error, presence/absence, wisdom/ignorance... everything is absolute & neutral doesn't even exist outside of your subjective fantasy. you believe that if I rape, torture & murder a thousand babies, I'm no worse than a petty thief & ur telling me to grow up? Satanism is the bane of human history. what good comes from "if u dont get caught, it's not a crime"?

@sKewbrain
You can't prove because it's not provable.
It's not provable because there is no such thing as Thor.
So you're arguing First Cause. What is Gods Cause?

@sKewbrain
1. Define "Good". Good is subjective.
2. If you want to know why it's called Satanism, read either the Satanic Bible, or Wikipedia.
Your ignorance on the matter is outstanding.
