Human "Cannonball Smith" at Steele County Fair`

Human Cannonball Dave Smith gets shot out of a cannon, flying over 2 ferris wheels at the Steele County Free Fair in Owatonna, Minnesota in August 2005.

Before checking out his equipment, Dave had seen me with a video camera. Notice how when he lands in the net, the first thing he does is to look over and find me. Then after somersaulting off the net and posing for the people on the other side, he heads right for me and shakes my hand. He definitely likes the limelight.

You can see Cannonball Smith twice a day at this year's fair from August 18-22nd, 2009. Don't miss it!

i jsut saw that today at my fair but it would be pretty cool if you were on the ferris wheel on top and you saw him fly over you
