Hi, 2 questions about this hotel: Is there anywhere to eat breakfast outside and how are the mosquitos? We stayed at the Grand last time. Loved eating at the Gasparilla Grill outside and never saw one mosquito there. We wore no repellant at all. Lower budget this time so we are looking for a place 5 can stay. Thanks.

Stayed there in the Alligator part last August it was a good trip, but be warned it takes forever with the bus schedule. So plan accordingly.

POR is my fav moderate resort. You simply can't beat the theming,and strolling along the river makes me feel like I'm Scarlet Ohara. ;+)

The first time I went to WDW, we stayed here but at the time it was called Dixie Landings. I still have my resort mug. This will always be my favorite resort. Such wonderful memories! Thanks for posting this. Now I am counting down the days until our honeymoon there!
