  • It's very difficult to try to loose weight or control eating. Virtually everything we eat these days is genetically modified or marketing strategy packaging... We think we are eating less fat when it says 50% less on the box... but that other 50% is still way over the top...

Foods are loaded down with sugars and salts and those are addictive in itself.

I'm not over weight by much, but it does creep up fast when we aren't conscious of it!

    Loved Your Pespective Dahling!

  • To be old and wise you first have to be young and stupid. (I love that saying). I knew this journey would be no walk in the park but it certainly is a challenge....one worth striving for because the payoff is so rewarding. Thanks for watching!

  • Hey Nat! I went to Inflicting Ink in Portsmouth RI. Fabulous place and service. They are going on TV soon with a reality show that goes around the country. Take care girlfriend~

  • I have to say, I do miss the "jugs" but it's a small price to pay. I can always buy some if the time comes where I'm tucking them in my waistband! Can't wait to see you new tat when you get it!
