@foslock acualy there is a program for the computer called cyder for the computer but u must first download afc2add from cydia so you dont tecnicaly hav to have wifi

No you don't, you can use a program called Ziphone or iLiberty via a USB connection.
Unfortunately, most of the apps you want are only available through the installer on the iPod which is only Wi-Fi.
