  • Should I start by the version 1 then go to version 2 or only do the second version?

  • everyone says that who is afraid of hard work.you have a static amount of testosterone available.unless your going to be using extrogenous test or steroids, you have a finite amount.try this for stamina;power clean and jerks-7x5[not to failure] with a 2 inch bar.rest for about 1minute.check your heart rate before when you start, then after.your not trying necessarily to build muscle[i.e. the i minute rest] but are trying to build stamina.take your heart rate agin.mine weny from 71-142.try it.

  • I'm not interested by gaining very big muscles and having no stamina.

  • heavy weight=new muscle.all done!

  • anything that doesnt make me stronger,im not intersted.if standing on my head in a bucket of peanut butter holdind=g a baton would make me an 1lb stronger in any exercise,i would do it.man, that sounds like a dream i had.more muscle-more calories burned at a resting rate, more calories needed to maintain NEW muscle.

  • @MrCranberry777 it's a demo dude, relax, do it with 25's and see how far you make it through before you're gassed

  • i think my keyboard needs replaced,5 categories of conditioning;full house, hard, cut ,ripped shredded. much better.

  • training days .they also increased uptake of water to 2 gallons per day.when you hear about all these pros using hydroxyc``ut and the such, what we have learned from pros not under contract with the I.F.B.B.is that they use the drug dnp.you need to look that one up for yourself.it turns on the mitochondria inside every cell in the body turning you into a furnace.side effects are anything over 4x reccomended dose is -DEATH!not something to mess with!unless you can truly follow directions

  • oh for gods sake, shrink wrap effect;i cant believe all the new terninology coming out to say the same damn thing.1lb of bodyfat=35oo calories.burn it and yoll lose it .5 categoties of conditionind;full house, hard, cur, ripped shedded.the latter can only be maintained for an average of 8-10 hours before the body reject it.dave draper, segio oliva, larry cott etc all hated cadio, yet won olympia and universe titles.they trained heavy on tri- stting workouts, cut out wine, cheese, bread and increased

  • What is the weight of the dumb-bells?...
