like crap. It is what you made of your vegan I can almost guarantee this. If you ever need any nutritional advice, feel free to ask me what I'm doing for my vegan diet. I make sure I am getting a good variety of vegetables and fruits (primarily in their raw state). There are so many things people can eat that aren't involved with animals, its amazing.
Lack of vitamins? Are you eating a good amount of vegetables and fruits? Are you exercising, getting b vitamins from sun exposure. Its very important to make sure you do the research before you drastically change your diet. I have found lot of vegetarians and vegans to be quite nutritionally deficient. You need to make sure you are getting enough whole foods, amino acids (3, 6, 9), proteins (such as from extra beans/lentils/sprouts, etc. this is certainly not the vegan diet that makes you feel
@sevrinaanastasia research and made sure their eating enough so they don't become deficient or malnourished. We are doing a favor for ourselves and our well-being, other animals well-being and the environment and once we acknowledge why we became Vegan or vegetarian, its going to be difficult as we wont have any drive.
