No real suppressors don't effect accuracy. infact that is not even how a suppressor works. A real suppressor uses Baffles which contain the exploding gasses instead of distribute them. The rapid outburst from the barrel is what causes the bang. but if the projectile is moving faster then the speed of sound then you cannot really "silence" it. the super sonic crack will give it away. OH! and it's not called a silencer it is a suppressor. hope that helps with future builds.
