i think the should be like the americans is like do watever u need to do to protect u or ur family but if u like broke neck or killed him then it would help if u had proof that it was a last resort
i totally agree. i do judo, wrestling and taekwondo. i wouldn't recommand any of the stuff shown in this video. invest the time and learn some good martial arts. it will be more effective, and you will learn to control yourself in any situation( then you'll know yourself what unreasonable force is).
It's not so much the law as the way the law tends to be applied; and 'reasonable force' is not a good benchmark, because who can say what, in any given circumstances, is reasonable. Sometimes it's obvious, but there's a huge grey area. Cut it how you like, though, collapsing somebody's windpipe or breaking his neck is unreasonable except in the direst of danger.
