  • Hey man, greetings from Belgium. Impressive to see a young american enjoying Céline & Death In June !!!

ok, have a great day and learn french, reading "les deux étendards" from Rebatet will change your life

    Moyen

  • @Mittelmensch i have read Journey to End of Night, Death on Installment Plan, and the Trilogy..Castle to Castle..North and Rigadoon and Guignols Band...i enjoy Rebatet and Maurice Bardeche..why should the left have all the literary intelligentsia?thanks for comment..!!

  • Although you and I do not share any political views whatsoever I have read quite a bit of Maurras, Brasillach and some Barres and La Rochelle. Maurras was not a fascist. He was an anti-German French nationalist and monarchist, who was the subject of considerable scorn on the part of pro-German collaborationists like Brasillach and especially Rebatet, who called Maurras' movement "Inaction Francaise". The one thing they all shared, regrettably in my view, was antisemitism.

  • @jromkey i agree with your points..i included all of above writers because of their agreement on your last sentence...they shared this position..

  • You came back right when I subscribed. Perfect timing:)
