1) Recover contacts from lost blackberry phone -- By sending a text message from the predefined number with some simple commands to the stolen/lost blackberry phone which has roblock installed in it, the owner of the phone can retrieve all the contacts from the lost/stolen blackberry phone.

2) Remote Wipe -- Once the blackberry is lost or stolen, the user has an option to remotely wipe all the data in the lost/stolen blackberry device including the memory card and hence disabling the confidential data from falling in to wrong hands. Roblock's Remote WIPE feature does not rely on BES features and hence it works even when such services are unavailable.
