even though ive had a year and half of synth amnesia i couldnt have heard a better example of the mb-sid patches at its rawest.. im definatly going to build one! CHEERS great post!!

damn i'm just getting crazy about tune with preset "Lead Stacco1" do you know any idea what settings this patch include? also, what kind of waveforms, filters, vibrato mb? ty

@artemoonlv Hiya :) Man, it's been a long, LONG time since I even touched this thing I'm afraid, but the sound of this patch is your typical SID lead sound, with a pulse-modulated square wave. What's happening is it's a square wave, with the width of the square oscillating slowly between wide and narrow, so you end up with that "singing" lead sound. What made it sound a little bit more special here is the fact that the auto-arpeggio was happening when 2 keys were down. Hope that helps a little!
