Most places that sell this gear are in coastal cities. I fly both a Best and a Naish. The Best is easier to fly I think but the Naish flys a bit better but requires a bit more attention.
It depends what u want. The best kites from my opinion are Naish. But North, Cabrinha and others are also good. Try to surf the net. or try to find a shop, webpage that sels kites in your country. Here's some i found.
