@POIUYBLUE Man, that applies to everything else, it´s like saying "hey, don´t go to medicine school, they´ll never teach you how to be a good doctor" of course not, they don´t teach you life lessons at schools.

@POIUYBLUE Agreed! I feel the bartending schools out there are a joke! You can teach anyone to make drinks. There's much more to being a bartender than having them memorize drink recipes!

Dan, simple yet effective Chocolate Martini! I have to admit, I have my own version as well. Liked your version and will probably be using it from here on out. Especially like the added touch of Kahlua!

I suggest that you find a busy place that will hire you as a "bar-back" and you can learn that way like I did. In 30 years, I've never hired anyone from those bartending schools. You just can't "learn" to be a bartender. You have to have a strong memory, great personality, strong work ethic and like to work with the public. These bartending schools are just in it for the $. Just watch all of MY vids for FREE in YOUTUBE and you should be able to get started! Let me know! :)
