Man... This scene was so terribly fucked up. I knew what was happening right when she started screaming, I knew since the beginning that the baby was done for. Such a horrible scene from a great movie. I don't understand why some people say that it glamorizes heroin use, I mean... damn, look at this! if this is glamorous to some people then I wonder what the fuck they find disturbing!
