Zahraa from Kizmet Bellydance dances to "The Black Opal", Track 1 from Hossam Ramzy's CD, RUBY. Ruby's Hafla, a charity bellydance concert named after the CD, was held on 20 Feb10 and raised funds of $1017 for The Heart Foundation. Filmed by Peter Athanassiadis.

From the CD notes:
The Black Opal: Colourful, dark and when you think you have seen all the colours of this stone, you turn it a little and new dimensions appear same as this composition. When you feel it has arrived at its maximum height in a saidi folkloric part, it pulls back slowly then surges to a powerful, exciting new section before it comes to its own resolution. As this album is in the style of the Egyptian dance music of the 70s and 80s, HOSSAM used similar synthesizer sounds in some of the solos.
