Here's how I built the 48x36 On30 layout, using mostly an old bulletin board, lots of foam insulation, some Great Stuff spray form, and some Liquid Nails to hold it all together. No plywood, no nails, no chicken wire.

I can hope my 11' X 12' goes a quickly as that!!! ;-p seriously, very nice! Love the use of spray foam to keep the weight down.

By the way, can you tell me where you got the spray foam from? and did you use plaster cloth at all?
