I just started playing and im a lvl 19 blader (Or was it lvl 18 ? lol)

i wonder how you get to those other places than bloody steel and desert scream...

Like for example lakeside ...

Do you get there on a higher lvl or?

is illusion castle before or after sienna the queen? the reason i ask this is because im not sure which is newer cuz cable now has a new sponser and i dont know if they are starting from scratch or continuing from where og planet left off.
