DIRT 2 : Ford Rs200 (1986 Group B livery) - California (Sound MOD & custom skin)

Awesome sound! I'm driving the ford rs200 in a California time trial. (using Atomic's Lamborghini Gallardo steering wheel with manual shifting.)

Thanks for the effort ...

But the sound is horrible. I think there is a reason why the default engine sounds included with the game didn't sound like this. A mechanic would would tell you that the car needs some work. The crackling at rev limit and decel is too loud and too fast.  Doesn't sound healthy at all.

yeah i know it's maybe a bit exaggerated... but i think it is really difficult to reproduce perfectly the sound of a car (especially rally ones) in a game (:

@osht1 negative on that. you can't tell how well an engine is running by listening to it backfire. Watch more rally videos and you will find its very normal to backfire like that.

The group B cars was at least that way.

But it really sucks that they only got 2 group B cars in this game, it makes it to a shitty game.
