I'm 22, a 460 max at 195 is good, my dead is probably my best lift, and I'm probably 5'6 so it's easier for me to deadlift, my bench kind of sucks tho, I wish it was at least 275, but I know there're ppl outthere benching 300plus at my weight and that's what I wanna get to someday, so maybe I'll focus on bench only for a while
23 now, I'm getting more into jiu jitsu, wrestling and muay thai, and my power is slowly decreasing I feel like, too much cardio, work, and not eating enough, I'm gonna start pigging out again and adding a lot more cheat meals since it's getting so hard to keep my weight at 165 and we'll see
thanks, right now I'm cutting down and trying to keep my strength, I'm 160 and as strong, I'm gonna cut down til 155 probably just so I can fight BJ penn
ps: I was just kidding about fighting bj, I'm going for frankie edgar, I want that belt!!!
