I got a question, To Download Files/music or video, I turn off the phone connect the usb and my window media opens, then i drag what songs i want, and it says START SYNC and i click it, What do i do next to make sure the files or songs are on the phone now? Thank you.

just simply like usb drive, copy all the files into "my music" folder ...
the phone would found the media files automatically.
