I sure am glad I don't have to do 30 days worth of punishments.

With less than a week to go to Chicago, and about a month since my last post, I figure it was about time. Jethro recaps the month of July-- an exciting but also a sad time of his life in PA coming to a close.

Oh, and there's a secret project I'll be doing with Gretchen. That should be up sometime today or tomorrow.

Aw Lizz, thanks! It's great to hear from you.

I've scoped out a few dances (I am not ashamed to admit that proximity to contra dancing was a major part of our apartment-hunting criteria), and there's a weekly one and is very close to us.

I also know there's two others-- one on the Univ. of Chicago campus and another elsewhere (I can't remember).

Any recommendations? It would be fantastic if The Fiancee and I could see you at a dance sometime! : )

This is very true-- bouts of fun between the trouble. It's been very important in this huge transition.

He didn't see me filming I don't think. But, since he might have told me there *was* a problem with me filming, I put the camera away lickety-split.
