    if you don't have Deep Vein blood clots (DVT) then would be ok to receive massage.Because of your personal history, you must talk to your Dr. Please explain that self tissue mobilization will include techniques that significant accelerating drainage of veins blood, as well causing significant passive soft tissue motion and compressions. In order to prevent formation of blood clots massage can contribute because it increasing significant blood fluidity .

    If a person had a blood clot 7 years ago, would this type of massage on lower back be contra-indicated?
