Sateesh is the Chief Architect for The Bank of New York Mellon, responsible for defining, developing and implementing solution architectures by partnering with different lines of business. He began his career as a Programmer at IBM labs in the Language Processing Group, working on creating commercial Source Code Converters. After IBM, he worked for Bell Labs Advance Programming Research, focusing on extending the template features of C++.
Sateesh then moved on to Lehman Brothers a move that helped him transition from fundamental research into applications development. At Lehman, he worked on various Fixed Income applications. When he left Lehman, he was responsible for the application architecture for its Global Fixed Income Technology platform.
Prior to joining The Bank of New York, Sateesh served as the Chief Architect for Standard and Poors where he was responsible for defining and implementing application strategy for their global business products in the Credit Rating and Equity markets.
