Carlos (Karl) and Daniel: the best of ever, professionally and ... humanly (for me)

The best!!!!!!!!

I went to this concert (in fact, one day before) on May of 1986.
It was very impressive.
I hope that this performance will come out on official DVD.
(This was the last day of the tour)

@AHimuraProduction This SYMPHONY was actually from Beethoven. ;)

wish I was one of those giving him flowers

Geez, I have watched this three times in a row now: Kleiber the painter of music. Such a joy to watch.
-
A not very restrained (lucky) Japanese audience. They could hardly wait for the last note to die down; and can you blame them? Magic.
Very intense, and yet seemingly relaxed style of conducting: as someone else here said, nothing superfluous there.

This simply sweeps you away. I have feeling that Ludwig would have liked this.
BRAVISSIMO !

The song is from Dragon Half!! Holy crap!!! 0.o

His wife was a ballet dancer. CK is a delight to watch-nothing superfluous.

Fascinating to compare Kleiber's different readings of the same piece. He had very different ideas every time, and somehow they're all the best. It's impossible for me to choose one over the other.

Superb! Now, that's conducting at it's best!
