they dont make videos like this anymore but they dont make Eltons and Bernie Taupins anymore either.....the ultimate video about the highs of success and the terrible cost and wreckage that can come with it...absolute genius
this video does have "breaks" or what would be called edits. the first one comes at 1:22 then again at 3:04. but still such a great video its very hard to notice.
I thin this and the other video with Robert Downy Jr. are amazing. Besides the music and the talent, they're both one long camera shot, with out any breaks. Very hard to do I would think?
This song symbolizes how no matter what obstacles get in our way we must continue onward.Either it be age, mentallity,or emotional stress,we must pick up the peices and keep going to help and support or loved ones in need.
Think what you want about Justin Timberlake, but he continues to surprise me with his amazing talent. He really REALLY captures the look and mannerism of younger Elton here. I'm blown away once again!
It's Justin Timberlake as a young Elton John- lip syncing the performance....Elton John uses other artists in this fashion as a common practice, i.e Robert Downey Jr. in "I Want Love"
i like the idea of using other artists for Elton's vids. obviously Elton isn't a beauty queen but at the same time, having someone else lip synch the vids adds a new dimension to the songs.
