Sorry, but this video confused me abit, So i'll explain it to you & hopefully you'll have time to get back to me. I've been unable to browse on my Internet, even tho i'm connected, i also suddenly got aload of security alerts & Anti-Virus warning coming from a Program called 'Antivir' i cannot find this anywhere in my control panel, Windows Defender cannot seem to pick it up either. Please get back to me and suggest the simplest way to remove the virus/spyware. Thanks

Recommend trying SYSTEM RESTORE option under HELP/TOOLS ..Select a few days before the 'infection'. If needed because the virus may deny the HELP feature, shut down & reboot in SAFE MODE .. and operate from that. Worked that way for my WINDOWS XP PRO.

I have one called Antivir Antivirus. The problem is, it won't let me get online or anything. Already scanned w/ Avast, and it didn't get it. My computer does work in the other user account (my husband's), the virus hasn't seemed to get thru. But if I scan from his account, will it catch something in mine?

@garciajennifer223 , please download and run a free software called Hijackthis (from Trendmicro), it creates a log file, copy and paste its contents and send me as a PM (you can't add that much text as a comment), that will help to figure out the files that need to be removed
