@furkyy10 You have 2 choices, you either befriend it or get a wish, not both.

Do you need the wish stone to recruit Jirachi? Cuz i forgot the stone in my store thing :O

just get a sceptile and train it to 30 there then to leaf blade and get it in 1 hit :P

You have to turn down Jirachi's offer to join your team if you want to make a wish.

Jirachi has a 99.9% recuirt rate so why'd you put on a friend bow? It has to join your team unless it kills itself with Double-Edge.
