A10 cool plane

but VS a Su-27, the A10 can use every rocket against the su27, su27 wins alwayas, this is just a game(a cool game)

its the same Su-25 against F-15, F-15 wins

but the Su25 is better than A10, my opinion

... Why would a ground support aircraft be in a dogfight in the first place? A dedicated fighter probably would have won hands down in this situation.

With the weapons setting this is totally possible. The A-10 is extremely sturdy and maneuverable, when not loaded down with literally tons of weapons. And the SU-27 can't pick it off with a missile on distance, when carrying none. :-) So with a situation like this, when it comes to dogfighting the chances aren't too bad for the A-10. The only way to fight for the SU pilot is to make high speed passes. But instead he bled speed away in steep turns and the rest is known... :-)

well the thing about this is that the a-10 can fly with large amounts of damage, so it can take quite alot. but the su-27 can take it out nice and fast as long as it stays behind. so its if the su-27 can take out the a-10 in a few passes its fine, but if the a-10 can get its gun on target, the fighter is screwed

Every A-10 pilot's dream... The day they can zap an overconfident fighter jock with that GAU-8.

Now that is indeed some pucker factor, the holes that gun would leave in that fuselage and engines is not something to joke around with, would definitly be a story to tell if he had managed to limp that Sukhoi home.
