  • wow that i lot of work. so would this be a problem if you are cursing @ 20-25mph and especially going uphill and the car makes a rattling noise?

  • @lexusfan100 na, rattling is usually something else, like loose exhaust parts or catalytic converter, or worn suspension parts.

  • @scottykilmer oh ok. as for my case i get it like @ low speeds and ONLY when going up a hill. None during idling, or just crusing. i checked to see any loose parts (heatshields) and they seems fine. Dont think if it is cat. converter. i feeling is something inside the engine like piston hitting the sides. i made an appointment with a mechanic. any ideas as to what to look for beside the 1 u mentioned?. major suspension parts were changed from dealer. so dont think could be suspension area.

  • @lexusfan100 if your mehanic has a wireless sound machine like in my video "finding the source of car noises", have him use that to pinpoint the sound.

  • 3:27 Is that means the rubber or the metal part or the whole thing?

  • @CaptainAthiest just the metal part.

  • You can also heat up the spindle with a torch and hammer it out pretty easy. But I like this method much better. Now I have to buy the tool someday.
