Slower Turning On The F2L

So, I got frustrated.. as usual.. and slower turned the F2L and Low and behold.. the times were faster.

Full Fridrich.. still having issues identifying pairs faster. Any and all advice is accepted. If you're just learning F2L.. I'd be glad to help you if I can.

thats where I average too slow turning helps me look ahead so i turn moderate and go fast on the last one then the last layer is as fast as I can
