No, there isn't. There's a handful of different Dojin anime 'episodes' (Memories of Phantasm, A Summer Day's Dream), but no official anime series exists based on Touhou. To clear up any additional confusion, when the term anime is used by itself, it is almost always used in regards to either a TV show or a movie (as opposed to Dojin works)

But what do I know? I'm sure your unreasonably aggressive statement won't look like an inappropriate response over a such small and trivial misunderstanding.
