This video has the lyrics to Where the Roses Never Fade, into the Navajo language. The translation of the Navajo words into English is also provided. Music is by The Beach Family Gospel Band from Cedar Creek. The singers sing the lyrics a little differently since the performers are members of the White Mountain Apache Tribe. Apache is spoken differently but similarly to Navajo.

  • Someof my first memories of church and hymns was on a mission at what was called "The Top of The World. This was in New Mexico between Grants and Gallup on old HWY 66. We lived on a mission run by a man named Raymond Boone. Many of the songs were sang in Navajo. This was over 50 years ago but I still love the sound of hymns in the Navajo tongue.

  • Thank you for sharing this beautiful song. i love it...:-)

  • Someday we'll be there. God Bless all of you. from one cherokee
