How To:
Grab the cable handles and take few steps back from the machine. Place your left foot behind you until your left knee almost touches the floor as you lower your right leg to a 90 degree angle. Stand up and pull the cable toward your chest until your elbows are bent outward at shoulder level. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
