Oh you naive person. There is very much an us and them, and unless real action is taken to fix the economy we are on the sinking ship. Real action would be to mandate an end to new gasoline vehicles and the immediate use of CNG, propane, alcohol and algae-based fuels while we're waiting for the electric issues to be worked out. Alternative fuels and technologies would create the jobs and economy to handle the cost of an overhauled health system. The environment would also be helped quite a bit.
