  • @KatMomof3 Well, everyone's different.

  • @PreviewDude52797 but there probably weren't airbags back then... one reason kids have to stay in back is because airbags pose a big risk to kids under 13... their bones aren't as developed and hard.

    I'm a mom... my oldest is the only one in just a seatbelt, because he is over 4'9" (he's at the top of the growth charts, so he's only 8).

    Kids definitely need to stay in boosters until they are 4'9, regardless of age, and they need to ride in the backseat until at least 13.

    You did a really good job of getting the message across!
