The Song is High Anxiety by Suicide Machines, it was requested by FatWrecked whilst he was still alive.
The Drawing is drawn by me, and when i make an IRL video (coming this autumn) where you can see the drawings.

@darkwonder80 Well he updated the description after Fat Wrecked died this was a normal video in tribute to Fat Wrecked, so yeah, he updated description once word got out Fat Wrecked had sadly died.
