@Rayla840 Thanks Rayla840...I would've wanted Kerry Von Erich to win at SC3 if he was not bleeding so much and if the referee was not so stupid to stop the match...If I was the ref...I would've said, "The hell with it..."

I never understood the mindset to give Lawler the win.
Von Erich had all the advantages looks, ability, etc.

I believe because Verne Gagne didn't have the money to pay Lawler.it's possible since he had lost so much in the final AWA years.

Jerry Lawler abruptly left the AWA shortly after this because Verne Gagne hadn't paid him for this match,,or so he claimed.This is one of the most underrated matches ever!
