ah m an, i know i ate some fried stuff last night and this morning i was CACKING it when going on the scales.
aslong as you keep going, nothing can stop you (not even that choc cake!)

Im happy that u lost a pound something that u should do is buy a jean or something that is ur ideal size that you want to b or wear so when u look at it it keeps u motivated to loose more weight

forgot to mention that muscle is heavier than fat. So thats why hun, you're prolli gaining muscles and losing fat ^_~
