Football Manager 2008 Tactics and Training

This video has no sound because i simply couldn't be bothered.
It displays 2 different tactics that have both worked very well for my Aston Villa Squad. If you miss something then please pause to see what it is. Feel free to copy these tactics.

Although this tactics probably works, direct football with lots of crossing is such a dull tactic. Personally I prefer pretty much the exact opposite of this; short, slow passing, with the players playing close together and the ball passed through the middle. Its blatantly stolen from Barca's tactics, but it makes for beautiful football :)
