With so many diets out there promising to lose weight, get a flat belly, or be healthy, they all have one thing in common....they're all full of bullshit. The Poop Diet is no exception (literally). Basically, in the beginning you don't have to change what you're currently eating. What you do though is to not eat until you've had a bowel movement. By doing so, you're allowing your body some much needed rest from the onslaught of abuse the mind puts on it with its conditioned belief that it needs "three meals day". What you'll find is that the body doesn't need as much food as the mind thinks it does. Most people eat too much because of their mental & emotional attachments.

I think the concept is a good one. Never thought about it like that. Less food is better.

very good video. But the idea of food restriction, makes me feel hungry a lot. I do not think this diet is suitable for me but it matters a lot to me.
