we're changing our landscape
to something else
to something of convenience
why?
we're surrounded by beauty
why are we so blind?
we try to create it
but it's a pale emulation
of the real thing
most people just go about life
with blinders on
i wish more people would realize that
to be a little more conscious
of the world around them
at least appreciate what they have
around them
i'm not saying i'm perfect
nobody is
the way society has grown
in such a short period of time
it's impossible to fight what's happening
at least be mindful
and appreciate what we have
around us
it's the least you can do
