Please read for more tips to learn to do the Rabona kick.

1. If your kicking with your right foot you need to have the ball on your left. Left footed players need the ball on the right.
2. non kicking foot next to and slightly in front of the ball. Right footed players have the non kicking foot to the right of the ball and opposite side for left footed players
3. kick the ball cross legged. this will be difficult at first.
4. get top or outside of the kicking foot under the ball.

Practice as much as possible to get better.

  • for those people curious about my knee. I had a serious knee injury a year ago and wanted to make a video for the fans. I could only film with the brace on. Committed or what.

This video was made with my weaker foot!
