The facts of this seem to be getting overlooked. The video is of Rayon McIntosh, 31, hitting Rachel Edwards and Denise Darbeau with a metal rod on Wednesday at the McDonald's on West Third Street in Greenwich Village. McIntosh recently got out of jail after 10 years for murdering his schoolmate. Edwards and Darbeau were heavily intoxicated. Mix those facts with a lead pipe and it's an internet sensation.
