'Backseat' at Soundcheck Sept. 8, 2011

This is a very tired, fresh-from-the-airplane version of me singing one of my original songs, "Backseat," at a soundcheck.
After a hectic week at school (no sleep, running around to deliver chart projects and make deadlines) I flew up to the bay area for a show at the Southern Pacific Smokehouse. Even though I was tired and we ended up doing a quartet arrangement because our keyboard player had another commitment, there was a cool, spontaneous feel to this soundcheck and gig that was quite fun. I love these guys (and of course, our keyboard player rocks too).
