closing my IM COC#3 with both right and left hand. I have been working for a left side close for some time. This #3 was sent to me by Terrence Mitchell of South Africa

wow very impressive that's my lifetime goal right there both hands #3. Are you left handed ? Seems like u closed it easier with the left ?

@rickalex21 I am a lefty, but my right hand is my stronger crusher. I certified by official standard in Dec 2010, my best clos so far is a 173# COC 3.5 at a competition this month, and left 18 on the Vulcan adjustable gripper.

@85wifebeater KTA is bullshit. Over crushes and negatives fuck a lot of guys hands up. I think the practice is stupid. Would someone train their bench press by loading 80 lbs over their 1 rep max and letting it crush them over and over?

@AdamTGlass2007 Wow that's very impressive keep at it :) . Any tips in terms of sets reps ? I usually just warm up with trainer then hit number 1 one time and take a crack at number 2.. I'm close to closing 2 just have a quarter left i have it with a hose clamp at the spot that I know where i can close.. since i have small hands its convince to have the hose clamp. What do you suggest in terms of training ? Ive heard negatives work well etc..
