actually that's not true.
originally DLRP only hired from France and other areas of the UK. they've only recently started hiring from America as well.
The characters primarily speak FRENCH being DLRP and not being owned fully by the disney corporation they do not have as many language rules as they do in other parks. Many do speak English as well though. Many of the newer American hired characters (and UK) are sent out with other characters who do speak french so communication is possible.

It was hard to tell, it kept banging my head side to side :( Still it was amazing, but right at the end there is a tunnel with all these red spiral lights which I believe was a corkscrew :)

They translate in different languages, otherwise they won't get the job.

Of course she can speak english.Shes probably english herself.Disneyland paris is for all of europe so they have know the english to work as a characterl.
