  • thanks for the feedback! As far as those 40+ bad guys go, once you've "awakened" them, you can actually just hide out near the ammo and health and they seek you out. The original wolf3d level has the same number of enemies - for the hardest difficulty. I might reduce the number of enemies there though I like how the engine doesn't slow down much with so many enemies there. BTW there is a pacman level in the original with indestructable ghosts. The music are remixes of wolf3d and macwolf songs.

  • I I wouldn't suggest that you reduce them, just add some sort of armor. And thank you for the feedback as well.

  • Is this downloadable, srry stupid question it is a demo :P. Could you give me the link i would be very grateful :D

  • I have since put the link in the description box

  • The pac-man level is the original wolfenstein 3D. As is that song.

  • Another good example

Crusader No remorse: Mammas boy, loose canon, weekend warrior, no remorse/regret lol

  • Uh they just don't make em like they used to

  • @jwaffe I used FL studio to do the remixes though - before I reinstalled everything on my computer. BTW the latest alpha (5f) doesn't have the remix of the E1M9 music... it has completely different music... (from "Body Blows", and I might use Body Blows music for many of the levels)

  • @legowolf3d

I generally like what you're doing with the sountrack, but i think you could use better samples in some songs... the instruments don't really fit at times, such as in the E1M9 level, I think the countermelody sticks out a bit too much, and I'm having some trouble getting into the funky guitar for that line.

I know FL studio has some great instruments to choose from, you should check that out if you have the time and the money.

  • thou art a smite-meister indeed =)

    nice video, I enjoyed it.

  • @ phaota

u'll find the pacman level in the secret level of episode 3: die fuhrer, die. :)

    happy gaming. ;)

  • Where is the Pacman level in the original? I have it on my computer right now. I don't recall ever seeing it.
