  • Ok being new top pipes of course I wetn out and bought tobaccos that smelled really good and sweet and they all well just taste like hot tobacco...lol is it true some of the best tasting baccis smell like shit? Is this a phenomenon? What are your suggestions for the best most flavorful tobaccos? I dont care what it costs I want it to taste good, really good...

  • @cutlerylover with pipe tobacco you seem to either get a great smell or a great taste, but not both. Try Billy Budd from Cornell and Diehl for a great taste

  • how many bowls u smoke a day? its a general question

  • @cutlerylover Okay. "Super Value" tobacco makes two different tobaccos that i swear by. Good for beginners and long times pipe tobacco smokers. The two flavors are Amaretto and Cherry Cavendish. They are both around $4.50 for a 1.5 oz. bag. Which will last you about 20 smokes or so if you have a fairly small bowl like mine. I don't like to smoke for a very long time so i keep a two smaller pipes. One for the Cavendish and one for the amaretto.Tell me how you like them :]

  • @cutlerylover Depends on what your palate is like. I myself only enjoy aromatics. I love the sweet sugary flavour of Virginias paired with the nutty taste of Burley and finished off with a good sweet top dressing. I have no affection for Lady Latakia. For me that leaf is way too bitter, but some absolutely love it. No matter what style it's better to go with a well established blender like C&D, Mac Baren, Peterson, McClelland, Dunhill etc. Better quality leaf in the blends.

  • @PipeFriendCHS thank you for the input I value your opinion, been enjoying all the vids lately, keep up the great work sharing your hobby!
